Putting him in jail is better then him runing around here free! He isnt paying support, he did nothing to get his payments reduced if he couldnt afford it. Its his own fault. The kids have to suffer by not getting the money to support them, so he should suffer. My ex owes me thousands of dollars. He left state and moves all around Texas. Just when they think they have him, he bails again! He doesnt file taxes so they cant even get that. Our system is messed up since there is a warrant out for my ex it doesnt do any good because it is only good in the state of Wisconsin and Texas wont acknowledge it. If Im not getting the money, than Jail is the best option, since I wont be getting it anyway!. I support my kids 100% by working. I am not on public aid and my kids do without at times because their father is a deadbeat.
The laws need to be changed so interstate cases work together and the same rules apply across the board, not just in one state.
Idiots like this man should have gone to court to adjust his child support if he couldnt afford the $500 every two weeks. He must have been making good money to have the judge order that amount. I dont feel sorry for him or any other person, man or woman who doesnt support the children they made!
