unless you live in Whitewater, you would not understand what is happening there... The students drive the rental prices in the city, and it makes rent very unaffordable for the working class people that cannot afford to purchase a home, but enjoy living there.

On Police fatally shoot suspect following Racine County chase

i just laugh when i hear people say "could'nt they have just shot him in the arm?" police officers are trained to aim for center mass when using deadly force with a firearm... so no, they cannot just shoot people in the arms or legs.... those shots are almost impossible to make, and anyone that says differently does not shoot a gun very often... this guy received what he had coming to him. He should have done the "REASONABLE" thing and surrendered after he hit the building.
