On Troopers tougher on Illinois drivers
I have noticed more Ill drivers sitting in the PASSING lane and causing back ups.....not so much the speeding. What do people not understand about staying in the right lane when your going SLOWER than the other moving traffic??

To the family that lost a son, I can't imagine what your going through. What a horrible accident! So sorry for your loss!!
