On Changing demographics, changing schools: Delavan-Darien deals with open enrollment

Posted on April 25 at 9:44 a.m. ( Suggest removal )

Fool, again, look where the Indians are now. BTW, none of my INDIAN friends call themselves "Native-Americans". Just a mention.

IF American Whites don't want to end up on the rez, then it's time to start taking our country back.

Oh, and American Blacks? Hey, just kick back and keep letting the invaders take all the work you could be doing...you'll be extinct in a few more generations anyhow.

mopsy, I wouldn't live in Delavan on a bet-I don't even like driving through, though I have to be there every day.

Which numbers are so far off?

The article itself plainly states that the school district, hence Delevan, is about 44% hispanic. Argue with them about those numbers.

As for the percentage of the earth's population that are Caucasoid, while it is plainly impossible to exactly quantify, most studies put it at between 9 and 15% of the total population. If you can refute that, please do.

Nowhere did I say that "persons of color", and by the way, what a treacly, lame description THAT is, are not Americans. What I said, and what I meant was people who are here illegally, who refuse to assimilate, who refuse to speak the language, and who have no plans to change, and non-American. And I stand by that.

It is not, as has been alleged elsewhere, xenophobia to recognize that your country has been invaded and your race is facing extinction.

Believe it or not, Whites have rights, just like anyone else in this country. The population of the earth is less than 10% Caucasion, and that percentage is falling steadily. When we are pushed out of our homeland here, a Nation we founded and built, where will we go?

Liberals and other misguided dupes who would surrender their childrens futures on the altar of diversity are self-hating fools.

Delavan is a perfect example of a town that has been converted in a matter of a few years from an American town to a town of immigrants where almost all the business' are hispanic, the signs in spanish, and the population close to half non-American.

And the school kids are the first ones to pay for it. Gangs, drugs, intimidation, those are the new subjects taught at DDHS.

Enforce out immigration laws and reclaim our Nation.

This isn't White Flight, it's White Displacement. And it's only starting to get rolling.

There are something like 12 million illegals in the States that the MEXICAN GOVERNMENT will admit to. That isn't a few pickers, that's an invasion. We need to wake up and start taking back our country, or soon we won't have one.

Wake up people, do you want to live in the U.S.A., or do you want to live in another province of Mexico?

PR, you must be missing the two mentions of "legalization" in VdlF's mission statement. And that's just in the opening paragraph.

Typically, if someone is concerned with "legalizing" someone else, then they are, de facto and de jure, working with someone who is illegal.

Given that, and given that Mr. Levie aided VdlF, then he did indeed aid illegal invaders.

Just think of how your defense would sound in a different context:

"Well, yes, Mr. X did work with the Klan, but only on their roadside clean-up program-he didn't support that part of their platform that called for illegl activities."

But that's different, right?

PR, that's a fairly stale leftist tactic. When ion doubt, exaggerate.

I neve said "all" the people helped by the NAACP or VdlF were illegal invaders. Actually, I didn't mention the NAACP at all, but hey, now that you bring it up...

ANY group whose expressed purpose is to assist people from another country, here in violation of our law, is de facto anti-American, and should be shut down.

Now, if VdlF wanted to help, that would be great. They could start by treating the Latinos who are here LEGALLY fairly. They could help in the repatriation of illegal aliens to their homelands, and establish programs there to assist them in legal immigration.

See, that's the way it is supposed to be done-you get your immigration status squared-away BEFORE you go into a country, not after.

Here's a little experiment for you. Sneak across the border into Mexico, and head for a large city in the interior. Once you get there, go into any public office and request assistance-in English, of course-and see how long it takes you to end-up in jail.

PR, you miss my main point.

Civil Rights for American Citizens, sure.

Civil Rights for those whose very presence here is a felony?

No, not hardly. I would say they have the right to a nice train ride to the closest border.

But then, viewing the world through left-tinted glasses sometimes blinds one to the fact that their country is being overrun.

PanamaRed...my my, haven't seen any of THAT in a good bit!

Anyhow. I'm not a conservative, PR, I'm a Constitutional Fascist. There is nothing left to conserve in this country, only socialistic rot and rapacious internationalism.

As for what Voces teaches, I would posit that teaching people about "discrimination, OSHA regulations, labor laws, worker's compensation" is not teaching them to, as you say, abide by the regulations, but rather, to take advantage of them for their own gain.

And if that is "disinformation", then lay it on their doorstep, because the passage in quotes is a cut-n-paste from their website.

Now, having lived in various parts of Mexico and points south, I can understand why Latinos want to come here, and I have no problem with it. As long as they stop at the border and get permission.

As far as being on welfare or unemployment, I have never had the benefit of the former, and haven't collected the latter since 1977. I got smart after that and quit the union job I had and went to work in the real world.

As to your assertion that this individual is doing some positive work, well, if he is, good on him. However, if all he is doing is teaching Illegal Immigrants how to dodge ICE, then he is a traitor and a criminal.

Ah, those evil Republicans!

Of course, anyone working for such a pro-American group as Voces de la Frontera SHOULD turn down the proposed award, as they aren't concerned so much with Civil Rights as they are with gaming the American system and helping Invaders, er, I mean, Illegal Aliens, who have broken the immigration laws of our country and remain here in violation of those laws, to stay here.

From the Voces de la Frontera website...

"The agency provides classes to train workers and other immigrants about discrimination, OSHA regulations, labor laws, worker's compensation, legalization and work visas, and more day-to-day topics such as how to obtain a driver's license, how to buy a house, and how to fill out taxes and open bank accounts. Ongoing campaigns include legalization and access to higher education for immigrant students."

Think they could have stressed "legalization" a few more times?!

Forget about teaching them to speak English, or providing any meaningful job-skill training, or assisting in acculturating them to live in OUR Country, let's just teach them how to get unemployment and welfare.

On Demo derby a fair favorite, but it’s harder to scrape together entries

Many long-time demo drivers are refusing to run the Walworth event-or any other event that the Nelson's sponsor. Arbitrary decisions, favoritism, and sliding-scale rulebook enforcement is seen as being the order of the day in their events.

There are many other demo-derby events held, and their popularity continues unabated. Mayhap the Fair Board should take a look at the way the demos are handled there if they want to keep their numbers up.
