Minor point of correction: Tratt St is not on the UW-W campus. Though it is a street students often use to walk to the W Main St businesses it's actually off the campus by a couple of blocks.

SLM, I was asking a question not making a statement of fact. That is why I ended the sentence with question mark. You are familiar with how they are used in the language, correct? (Hint: that is also a question) The story does say he was a suspect in a bodily injury crash "minutes earlier." Though 2+2 usually equals 4 I didn't assume that was the case here.

I wonder if he was fleeing the previous accident so he didn't stop for the stop sign at the intersection of the second accident? Such a horrible tragedy. A child's life ended before it had hardly begun. I can't imagine the pain the family is feeling.

I don't understand why it has to be concealed. If you want to carry a gun, fine, that's your right. But carry it where I can see it so I'm forewarned that there's an individual with a weapon in my presence. Then I can decide whether I want to stay or leave.
