I am a direct descendant of the Allen's Grove Allen family. We have large framed oil on wood portraits of Philip Allen and his wife Sally Keyes. We are looking for the proper 'home' for these portraits, currently in my sister's attic. Our grandfather George Merritt and his brothers Eugene and Pliny left WI for the Alaska Gold Rush and later settled in Washington state.
