Beloit-based ABC Supply Co. buys out minority stockholders
BELOIT ABC Supply Co. of Beloit is buying out its minority shareholders, allowing owner Dianne Hendricks total control of the company, according to a story in the Business Journal.
The minority stockholders, a Advent International, invested in ABC almost three years ago. Terms of the transaction were not released.
Diane Hendricks, owner of the 30-year-old company, is the second-richest person in Wisconsin, according to Forbes, worth $3.8 billion.
