Clinton, East Troy boys crossover winners

The beat goes on for East Troy's boys basketball team.

The Trojans used a 20-4 advantage in the second quarter en route to a 78-48 victory Tuesday over Orfordville Parkview in a Rock Valley Conference crossover game.

Nate Dodge scored 21 of his game-high 26 points in the first half as East Troy took a 43-22 halftime lead. Brett Prahl added 18 points for the Rock North-leading Trojans (11-2, 10-0).

Christian Hobson scored 15 points and Jameson Lavery added 14 points for Parkview (2-12, 2-7).

Owen Schoenenberger scored 13 points to lead the Blue Devils, who were outscored 17-10 in the fourth quarter. Clinton made 12 free throws in the fourth, including eight from Eric De Long.
