-- A 14-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY, at 7 p.m. Friday, May 11, at his residence, referred to juvenile authorities on charges of arson and battery.
-- DOMESTIC DISPUTE at a residence on County E north of Janesville at 5:49 p.m. Monday. Five or six Rock County squads responded with lights flashing to a report of an armed subject, but that did not turn out to be the case. One person was arrested on charges related to a domestic dispute. No one was injured, the sheriff’s office patrol sergeant reported.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- DOUGLAS C. TUESCHER, 39, 4430 Ashberry Drive, Janesville, at 3:14 a.m. Sunday at Black Bridge Road and Milton Avenue, Janesville, after reports that his vehicle was swerving all over Milton Avenue. It was reportedly his fourth offense.
-- ALYSHA M. HUFF, 26, of 404 St. Lawrence Ave., No. 3, Janesville, at 2:33 a.m. Monday on Atwood Avenue at Court Street, Janesville.
-- JAMES P. CLOUGH, 32, of 2202 Hancock Lane, Janesville, with felony possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was found asleep in a parking lot on May 16 near 118 Freedom Lane, Janesville.
-- ERIC R. BELL, 17, of 332 N. Washington St., Janesville, with failure to report to jail, a felony. Bell was ordered to report April 19 to the Rock County Jail.
