Arrests

-- ANTHONY LOUIS SMITH, 34, of 326 Cherry St., No. 3, Janesville, on a charge of possession of heroin with intent to deliver, and ERIN L. PETERSON, 25, of 2016 S. Osborne Ave., Janesville, on charges of being party to possession of heroin with intent to deliver, maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession of drug paraphernalia, at 8 p.m. Monday at 326 Cherry St. The pair was arrested after an informant told police a known heroin drug dealer would be arriving at the Cherry Street residence with a large quantity of heroin.


-- JESUS MIGUEL SHEAR, 32, of 1771 Marion Court, Beloit, at Columbia County Jail in Portage on a warrant on a charge of second offense manufacturing/delivery of marijuana.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- MAURICE M. CLARK, 23, of 1315 Myra Ave., Janesville, at 1:06 a.m. Sunday at South Main and Wheeler streets. He was also arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.


Accidents

-- 1500 BLOCK OF TOWNLINE ROAD IN ROCK TOWNSHIP, at 3:40 p.m. Thursday. A truck owned by DeLong Transport overturned as it was dumping lime on a farm field. As the driver raised the bed, a strong gust of wind pushed the truck on its side. The truck’s tires had also sunk into the ground. The driver, Russell D. Campbell, 61, of N2409 Tremaine Road, Clinton, was treated and released at Beloit Memorial Hospital.


Reported

-- BURGLARY at 12:40 p.m. April 30 to a home in the 5400 block of River Road, Janesville. A doorknob and a window were reported broken. Nothing was reported stolen.


Charged

-- CASEY L. MUELLER, 28, of 32 S. Pontiac Drive, Janesville, with obstruction, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony bail jumping after a May 1 incident in Janesville. SHEENA A. HOLLIBUSH, 24, of 302 Bluff St., Beloit, was charged with obstruction, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of felony bail jumping in the same incident.


-- PAMELA S. MCCARTHY, 43, of 634 S. Main St., lower apartment, Janesville, with maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they found marijuana plants and 6 grams of processed marijuana in the home April 30.
