The National Weather Service in Milwaukee/Sullivan has issued a winter weather advisory for snow, which is in effect from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday.

Snow will begin between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. today.

Snow accumulations, 3 to 5 inches.

East winds around 10 mph, becoming northeast by this evening.

Road conditions will deteriorate in the snowfall. Reduced visibility to one half mile is expected.

A winter weather advisory for snow means that periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow-covered roads and limited visibility, and use caution while driving.
