— Home sales in Wisconsin are continuing a brisk pace, but the median home sale price slipped in November.

Home sales jumped almost 25 percent last month from November 2011. According to statistics released Monday by the Wisconsin Realtors Association, monthly sales of existing homes now have risen for almost a year and a half.

But the median sale price in November dipped 2 percent.

Renny Diedrich, chairman of the state Realtors' board of directors, says Wisconsin's housing market has "seen a real bounce" this year.

But the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports the Realtors aren't sure what drove down the median price from November a year ago. The median price slipped to $129,900 from $133,000. Until November, the median price in Wisconsin had risen for eight consecutive months.
