Edgerton finishes third behind Morrison’s 80

Andrew Morrison shot an 80 to lead Edgerton to a third-place finish in the sixth annual Edgewood Invitational boys golf tournament at Maple Bluff Country Club on Monday afternoon.


Morrison finished in a two-way tie for seventh in the individual standings. The Crimson Tide shot a 334 in the windy conditions, behind team champion Madison Edgewood Gold’s 325 and Madison Memorial’s 228.


Edgerton’s Drew Pipik also finished among the top 10 individuals with an 82.


Janesville Parker finished ninth in the 17-team field with a 357. Dustin Richards led the Vikings with an 85.


Janesville Craig was 11th with a 360. Ryne Clatworthy led the Cougars with an 85.


Milton finished 13th with a 377, led by Joe Meyers’ 87.
