Home sales up, but prices down in Walworth County

WALWORTH COUNTY -- Home sales up, prices down: January home sales in Walworth County were up only slightly this year over 2011, with 63 sales this January compared to 62 sales last year. The latest statistics released from the Wisconsin Realtors Association also show that the median price in Walworth County was $125,880 in January, down from $141,500 in January 2011.
