East Troy is showing no signs of slowing down in Rock Valley Conference boys basketball play.


The Trojans, who have gone 15-1, 15-1 and 16-0 in three seasons of RVC play, defeated host Whitewater, 74-43, in the conference opener Tuesday night.


East Troy got double-digit scoring from Tanner Plomb (24 points), Nate Dodge (17) and Brett Prahl (15) en route to the victory. The Trojans, who finished 22-2 last season, built a 65-32 lead going into the fourth quarter.


Paul Pelayo led Whitewater (0-1) with 13 points.
