-- WALTER J. PITCHER JR., 19, of 112 S. John Paul Road, Milton, at 1:07 a.m. Sunday at 200 N. Main St., Janesville.
-- DANIEL C. KNICK, 28, of 1118 E. Dellwood Drive, Milton, at 12:24 a.m. Sunday at Fulton and Main streets, Edgerton. It is reported as his second offense.
-- BRENDON D. COLLINS, 20, of 906 19th St., Brodhead, at 1:40 a.m. Friday on Highway 213 south of Plymouth Church Road, Plymouth Township. It is reported as his fourth offense. He was arrested on charges of causing injury while intoxicated driving, operating while revoked, open intoxicants, underage person transporting intoxicants in a motor vehicle, operating left of center and failure to wear seat belt.
-- OIL SPILL from a hole in the oil pan of a semitrailer truck at 1:14 p.m. Monday at mile marker 171 of Interstate 90/39, Janesville. Cleanup caused traffic backups in the northbound lanes. The truck’s engine reportedly held six gallons of oil. Janesville firefighters report an oil streak 130 yards long. Firefighters used 15 bags of an oil-drying material, and a Janesville city street sweeper was called in. The right lane was closed until about 4:30 p.m.
-- ARSON to Rock Valley Textiles, 111 Avon St., Janesville, reported at 4:52 p.m. Sunday. Portions of a wall, window and window frame were burned, causing an estimated $200 damage.
