Brodhead prevails in OT, other scores

Mariah Mohns scored 11 points to help Brodhead defeat visiting Belleville, 39-37, in overtime in nonconference girls basketball action Tuesday night.


Mohns had a pair of three-pointers as the Cardinals improved to 6-5.


The teams were tied at the end of each quarter, before Brodhead outscored the Wildcats, 7-5, in overtime.


Quinn Rear led Belleville


(8-3) with 14 points.
