Jets rally, edge Hitmen
CHICAGO Jordan Bancroft scored unassisted at 15 minutes, 25 seconds of the third period Sunday to lift the visiting Janesville Jets to a come-from-behind, 4-3 victory over the Chicago Hitmen.
The Hitmen took a 3-1 lead in the second period with goals at 57 seconds and 1:37. The Jets' Connor McBride and John Olen scored at 11:32 and 19:07, respectively, to tie the game at 3-3.
Lawrence Childs scored at 1:35 of the first period to give Janesville a 1-0 lead. Chicago tied it at 16:16 of the first.
Tony Kujava made 24 saves for the Jets. Nick Kohn made 37 saves for the Hitmen.
