Congressman Ryan disputes president's budget views
A compromise budget, between President Obama and Congressman Paul Ryan of Janesville, may be difficult.
As Ryan promotes his plans to reform Social Security and Medicare, he tells WCLO's Dan Conry Show, he's become accustomed to much of the political "blow-back". He does admit he didn't expect it from the President though. Ryan says he wasn't prepared for the President's comments during the budget address.
When invited to sit in the front row during the speech, Ryan says the President's staff led him to believe he'd like what was said. Ryan says what he did not expect, was the Commander and Chief, to knowingly mislead the public, in the face of dire fiscal problems.
