-- CHAD A. SKOIEN, 33, 807 Kellogg Ave., No. 5, at 11:58 a.m. Friday, at Highway 11 and Beloit Ave., town of Rock.


-- VICTOR A. LUNDBERG, 37, 2951 W. Iris Dr., Beloit, at 9:58 p.m. Sept. 28, at West Happy Hollow Road just east of South River Road, town of Rock. It was reported as his third offense. Also ticketed for no registration and operating while revoked.
