— The East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a candidate forum for the five candidates running for three trustee positions on the East Troy Village Board.

The forum will be at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 25 at the Village Hall, 2015 Energy Dr.

The incumbents include John Alexander, William Joas and Randy Timms. The challengers are Ann Zess and Christopher Gultch. Municipal Judge Michael Cotter will serve as moderator. Chamber Executive Director Katie Matteson will be the timekeeper.

The candidates will each give three-minute opening statements before responding to questions submitted ahead of time by Chamber members and questions received from audience members at the forum. The forum will end with two-minute closing statements from each candidate. None of the candidates will be given the questions in advance.

Residents who have questions for the candidates can e-mail them to katie@easttroywi.org as soon as possible.
