Racine Lutheran wins in an upset

Racine Lutheran High School’s girls basketball team won a defensive battle to end Williams Bay Faith Christian’s 19-win season.

Ann Wilkinson scored nine points to lead the Crusaders to the upset of the Eagles (19-4), 27-24, in a WIAA Division 4 regional opener Tuesday night.

Racine Lutheran (11-12) plays at Burlington Catholic Central (13-10) in Thursday night’s regional semifinals.
