aloha,
i am brandon's uncle. he was my brother's son. living in the middle of the deep blue pacific, i've only had the blessing of meeting brandon one time, back in 2007, at our family reunion. i recall his contagious smile, his sparkling baby blues and his caring affection for the youngest family members.

my prayer is that this tragedy will draw us all closer to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, through the healing.

see ya' in the morning, brandon. rest in sweet peace.

My sympathies to all families involved. The Jeters family for their loss of Brandon. The family of the young girl injured and to Eddie and his family. It was a terrible accident and I hope the judge sees that. The families involved have forgiven Eddie I think the judge should too.

I know Karly and Eddie, and I'm VERY sorry for Brandon's family, and Eddie, and his mother.

I was referring to murderers and rapists and what not when I said that.

I don't know the family, and I can't even fathom what the family must be going through. My prayers are with you.

crystalcastles: "There is many people out there that deserve to die..." totally inappropriate!

My heart goes out to the Jeters family. I lost my father in a car accident at the end of May. It is such a shock when someone you love is taken so suddenly. My prayers are with your family.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Brandon's family, and friends. My daughter was the passenger in this very unfortunate ACCIDENT!!

I have talked to Eddie a few times, and my heart is bleeding for this young man, who was trying to get his life in order, and grow into the man he is meant to be! I keep telling my kids that life is very precious, and one stupid move on kids being kids can change everyone involved in an instant!!

As Brondon's mom said please don't judge Eddie for a stupid mistake, as from what I know they all chose to get in that truck under there own free will, and then in that instant......life changes forever!!!

We love you Eddie, and will miss Brandon...

Forever in my prayers and thoughts

I used to be tight with him in high school, I liked him alot and he was somebody that never messed with me in anyway. He was a good person and I say that with truth. There is many people out there that deserve to die and Brandon was not one of them.

What this article doesn't say is how full of life my Brandon was, he has a smile that touched hearts, eyes that were the most beautiful I have ever seen, the tightest hugs that almost made you gasp for breath, and the way he said "I love you Mom" touched me every time he said it. My Brandon was a wonderful man who adored his niece and his nephew and they adored him,he would do anything for his sisters, he always had their backs, just last week my oldest daughter sent me a picture of my grandson right after he left the shop, he was covered in dirt and oil, but he had the best time being chased around the shop by his Uncle Brandon. He was the best Son a Mom could ask for, I will miss you my Brandon, and I love you more than you ever knew, a part of my heart is missing now and can never be replaced.
I ask everyone to not pass judgement on Eddie until we know all the facts, I can not imagine what he is going through right now.
Please keep all of us in your prayers. And when you feel sorrow, please try to remember all the good times you had with Brandon, remember that smile and that laugh.
