"Charges were filed Thursday against the parents for child neglect causing death. Their first court appearance was set for Monday.

No bonds were set for those cases. However, the parents were already out of jail on bond for allegedly growing marijuana in their Paddock Lake home.

Authorities found the marijuana in a closet near where Colton was found when they went to investigate Colton's death."
