Arrests

-- CHANDLER W. DARE, 18, of 1414 E. Holmes St., Janesville, at 5:12 a.m. Friday at Racine and Franklin streets, Janesville, on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- TINA ELLIS, 39, of 1716 Beloit Ave., Janesville, at 1:06 a.m. Thursday at 1141 Black Bridge Road, Janesville. The arrest was reported as her third on an intoxicated driving charge. She also was cited for operating a motor vehicle while being revoked, failure to obey traffic officer and operating without carrying a drivers license.

Fire

-- GRASS FIRE at 11 a.m. Friday at Interstate 90/39 just south of Avalon Road in the town of La Prairie, Janesville. Reckless use of smoking materials is believed to be the cause of the 1.5-acre grass fire. Janesville firefighters remained on scene for 45 minutes.

Injury accidents

-- NORTH CROSBY AND MINERAL POINT AVENUES, Janesville, at 12:07 p.m. Thursday. A 15-year-old male bicyclists rode into the intersection/crosswalk and collided with a car driven by Thomas J. Anderson, 67, of 1442 S. Marion Ave., Janesville. Fields was taken for treatment to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville.

Charged

-- MARCUS A. KENDALL, 32, of 202 N. Palm St., Janesville, charged with manufacture/deliver of tetrahydrocannabinols on three separate dates-Feb. 20, March 7, and April 4-in Janesville, maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession with intent to deliver marijuana.

-- JEFFREY A. CAPLES, 25, Brodhead, charged with receiving stolen property April 1 in the town of Newark, obstructing an officer, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on the same date in the town of Beloit.

WALWORTH COUNTY

Charged

-- RUDY P. AGUILERA, 53, 8 W. Court St. No. 8, Elkhorn, with two counts felony bail jumping and misdemeanor criminal trespass and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Elkhorn police say on March 20 and 21, 2014, Aguilera entered his neighbor's apartment without permission.

-- CORWIN D. EVANS JR, 23, N967 Prairie View Road, Walworth, with felony party to manufacture marijuana. Walworth County deputies say on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2012 deputies searched Evans' home and found marijuana. Evans' father, Corwin D. Evans Sr, reportedly admitted the marijuana was his and that he put it in Evans Jr's room. Deputies also found two marijuana plants in the cornfield next to the home.

--CORWIN D. EVANS SR., 59, N967 Prairie View Road, Walworth, with felony party to manufacture marijuana. Walworth County deputies say on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2012 deputies searched Evans' home and found marijuana. Evans reportedly admitted the marijuana was his and that he put it in his son's room. Deputies also found two marijuana plants in the cornfield next to the home.

-- MATTHEW G. FRITZINGER, 27, 1345 W. Lois Lane, Oak Creek, with two counts of felony identity theft. Town of Delavan police say between September 1 and 5, 2013, Fritzinger made numerous charges on a credit card that was not his.

--ANTHONY F. KAVCICH, 21, 5435 Bauer Drive, Madison, with: two felony counts party to burglary of a building or dwelling; felony party to criminal damage to property; misdemeanor party to criminal trespass; misdemeanor party to criminal damage to property; misdemeanor party to theft; and misdemeanor party to theft by acquisition of a credit card. Walworth County deputies say on January 3 and 4, 2013, Kavich, 2013 Kavich intentionally caused damage to an Alliant Energy truck, took chainsaws and gas cards from the truck, took a pressure washer and money from Amerigas in Whitewater, and tried to use stolen gas cards.

-- JUSTIN K. KELLAM, 24, 473 E. Geneva St. No. 16, Elkhorn, with felony strangulation and suffocation, domestic abuse and misdemeanors: battery, domestic abuse; bail jumping; and disorderly conduct, domestic abuse. Elkhorn police say on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, Kellam grabbed a woman's neck and threw her off the bed after he saw a comment she made on Facebook.

-- KRISTA L. KRETSCHMER, 30, 261 Fox Lane, Walworth, with felony possession of narcotic drugs. Village of Walworth police say on Thursday, May 16, 2013, while Kretschmer was being arrested for operating while under the influence of a controlled substance, officers found Percocet in the vehicle.

-- ARTHUR J. OLSON, 50, W2209 Adelia Ave., Delavan, with felony hit and run causing injury. Town of Delavan police say on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, Olson struck a pedestrian on a walking path on Pleasant Street, causing injury to their right ankle.
