ELKHORN—A Lake Geneva man was arrested Sunday by Walworth County sheriffs following a pursuit by a total of five policies agencies, according to a news release from the Walworth County Sheriff's Office.

According to the preliminary release, Christopher L. Mangold, 40, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. Sunday, after leading authorities on a chase from the city of Lake Geneva to Interstate-43 northbound, where he was arrested at County Highway NN, heading south.

Mangold's vehicle and a marked Walworth County squad car were both damaged in the pursuit after authorities made a pit intervention technique maneuver.
