Joann M. Anderson, 71, Janesville, died Tuesday at University Hospital, Madison. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Picha Funeral Home, Hillsboro. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Henke-Clarson Funeral Home, Janesville, and from 12:30 p.m. until time of services Monday at the funeral home in Hillsboro.

Patrick J. Dulin, 83, Lake Mills and Rockford, Ill., died Sunday at home. Services will be held at a later date. All Faiths Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Janesville, is assisting the family.

Howard "Howie" Lee Emerson, 76, Beloit, formerly of Rockford, Ill., died Jan. 16 in Beloit. Private services will be held. Hansen-Gravitt Funeral Home, Beloit, is assisting the family.

Janette Jacobs, 46, Clinton, died Thursday at home. Arrangements are pending at Brian Mark Funeral Home, Clinton.

David Larson, 64, Tucson, Ariz., formerly of Janesville, died Jan. 14 in Tucson, Ariz. Services were held Jan. 18 at Martinez Funeral Chapels, Tucson, Ariz.

Timothy E. McKinley, 37, Milton, formerly of Beloit, died Tuesday at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. Services will be at 5 p.m. Monday at Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, Beloit. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until the time of services Monday at the funeral home.

Robert G. Thorpe, 82, Clinton, died Wednesday at home. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, Beloit. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.

Stephen R. Van Galder, 66, Janesville, died Thursday at home. Arrangements are pending at Schneider Apfel Schneider & Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Janesville.

Isaiah "Ike" "Sparrow" Whitaker, 75, Beloit, died Saturday at University Hospital, Madison. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hansen-Gravitt Funeral Home, Beloit. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of services Tuesday at the funeral home.
