Arrests

-- ROBERT L. PATTERSON, 87, 404 Rockport Road, Janesville, at 1:33 p.m. Tuesday, booked at Janesville Police Department, 100 N. Jackson St., Janesville, for soliciting prostitutes and keeping a place of prostitution.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- ADRIAN VALLE VASQUEZ, 28, 1515 Owl Lane, Janesville at 1:53 a.m. Tuesday at South Jackson Street and JATCO Drive, Janesville. It was listed as his third offense.

--SHANE A. HANSEN, 35, Janesville, at 12:31 a.m. Sunday on County D at Sixth Street, Beloit. Also cited for speeding and no insurance.

Charged

--NOLAN A. WALLS, 25, of 3007 Palmer Drive, No. 20, Janesville, charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe. Police said 0.72 ounces of suspected marijuana packaged in six bags was found in his clothing after he was injured when the car he was driving struck a large rock in the parking lot of Back Bar, 1901 Beloit Ave., Janesville, at about 12:23 a.m. on Dec. 14.

--OSCAR RAMIREZ, 18, of 901 Cardinal Lane, Janesville, charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia-a pipe, a digital scale and a grinder. Police say they found two bags of suspected marijuana weighing about 0.77 ounces while executing a search warrant at Ramirez' residence at 10:45 a.m. on Dec. 16. Also confiscated was a cellphone that contained numerous text messages relating to marijuana sales, police said.

Injury accidents

--HIGHWAY104 AND DORNER R0AD, town of Magnolia, at 12:05 a.m. Tuesday. A car driven by Kathryn A. Williams, 45, 304 Seward St., Winnebago, Ill., was northbound on Highway 104 when it veered on ice, went off the road into a ditch and rolled over. Williams and a passenger, a 9-year-old girl, were transported to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville, to be checked for possible injuries.
