Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JEREMY T. MCCARTHY, 31, of 1421 Laramie Lane, Janesville, at 4:16 a.m. Monday at the corner of Milwaukee and Sinclair streets, Janesville.

-- ERIC L. THOMPSON, 28, of 524 Milton Ave., Janesville, at 10:12 p.m. Sunday at Milwaukee Street and Parker Drive, Janesville.

-- BURGLARY to a garage at a residence in the first block of North Terrace Street, Janesville, reported at 3:25 a.m. Sunday. Taken were a leaf blower, GPS unit and gasoline can. The report said the gasoline might have been used to set fire to a car in the first block of North Washington Street, Janesville.

Injury accidents

-- ATWOOD AVENUE JUST SOUTH OF MILWAUKEE STREET, JANESVILLE, at 9:08 a.m. Sunday, when a car driven by Kathleen B. Clark, 60, of 2122 Holiday Drive, Janesville, was turning left from Milton Avenue onto Atwood and slid to the right because of the icy surface, jumping the curb and hitting a utility pole. Clark was treated and released at St. Mary's Janesville Hospital.

-- HIGHWAY 213 AT COUNTY H IN THE TOWN OF PLYMOUTH at 8:56 a.m. Dec. 24, when a minivan driven by Clifford L. Rohadfox Jr., 50, of 8740 Ehrlinger Road, Orfordville, and a minivan driven by Ronald Smith, 55, of 914 North St., Beloit, collided nearly head-on in the intersection. Smith was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. Rohadfox was cited for failing to yield the right of way from the stop sign on County H.

-- COUNTY A AT MILTON-SHOPIERE ROAD at 2:18 p.m. Dec. 18, when a car driven by Bradley A. Hovden, 37, of Sun Prairie collided with a pickup truck driven by Gary W. Fehr, 50, of 2 Flamingo Lane, Janesville. Hovden was cited for failing to yield the right of way while making a turn. Fehr was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville.

-- HIGHWAY 14 JUST EAST OF EMERALD GROVE ROAD IN THE TOWN OF BRADFORD at 3:55 p.m. Dec. 24, when an SUV driven by William S. LeTorneau, 33, of 1907 Morningside Drive, Janesville, was westbound on the highway and came upon a car in front of him driven by Collene M. Lee, 65, of 312 Allen St., Apt. A, Clinton, who was stopped to turn into a driveway. LeTorneau's vehicle hit the rear of Lee's car, and then a car driven by Eric D. Hanson, 27, of Waukesha, hit the rear of LeTorneau's vehicle. LeTorneau and Hanson were cited for following too closely. Lee was cited for failing to signal her turn, and she was treated and released at St. Mary's Janesville Hospital.

WALWORTH COUNTY

Charged

-- NOLAN A. GLENNON, 20, 122 S. Franklin St., Whitewater, with three felony counts of deliver marijuana, felony of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. UW-Whitewater police say Glennon sold marijuana three times in November and December and when police searched his home they found marijuana and prescription drugs he did not have a prescription for.

-- TIMOTHY J. WEST, 44, 272B Wright Street South, Delavan, with felony battery of a peace officer, felony attempt disarming a peace officer, misdemeanor resisting an officer, two misdemeanors criminal damage to property, misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Delavan police say on Dec. 11, West tried to flee officers and attempted to punch one of the officers before he tried to grab one of the officer's firearm and belt.
