Elkhorn Christmas tree walk featured at historical society

ELKHORN—A Christmas tree walk at the Walworth County Historical Society's new Heritage Hall has been added to Elkhorn's holiday celebration from Friday, through Sunday, Dec. 6 through Dec. 8.

The traditional tree lighting ceremony is Veterans Park on the downtown square will be that Friday night. The Christmas tree walk at Heritage Hall will be offered from 5 p.m. to 8 pm. Residents can see a variety of trees decorated by area businesses, organizations and individuals. A bazaar will feature donated ornaments and other items.

The walk also will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 7, which also includes the annual parade. On Dec. 8, the walk will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Heritage Hall is located across from the Webster House Museum on East Rockwell Street, a block south of downtown. For more information, call (262) 723-4800.
