Arrests

-- NICHOLAS MUNRO, 22, 608 Cornelia St., Janesville, at 9:52 p.m. Saturday in Bond Park, 201 N. Oakhill Ave., Janesville, on charges of disorderly conduct while armed. Monroe confronted a 17-year-old male about a stolen bicycle chain before arming himself with a crowbar. The two wrestled and the crowbar was eventually taken away from Munro, who also was held on a probation violation.

-- ALYSSA J. DUMMER, 18, of 1325 E. Holmes St., No. 1, Janesville, at 12:46 p.m. Saturday on a charge of battery after fighting in the street in the area of Woodman and Black Bridge Roads, Janesville.

-- 17 -AND 13-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOYS, at 8:12 p.m. Saturday in Bond Park, 201 N. Oakhill Ave., Janesville, on charges of criminal damage to property when they tried to retrieve their money from a soda machine after not receiving a soda. The 17-year-old also was cited for possession of tobacco by a minor.

-- BURGLARY reported at 8:23 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of South Main Street, Janesville. Someone gained unlawful entry into the basement of the home and stole a dozen firearms.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- KRYSTAL A. RUCKS, 23, no fixed address, at 10:03 a.m. Sunday, in the 400 block of North Main Street, Janesville, after her vehicle hit the curb, then a concrete retaining wall near an overhead train trestle before rolling over and landing back on its tires. She was treated and released from Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville, before being transported to the Rock County Jail. The arrest was reported as her third offense on an intoxicated driving charge and second OWI causing injury. Her passenger Willie Davis, 31, Beloit, was found walking in the 400 block of North Parker Drive and also was taken to Mercy Hospital for treatment of injuries. His condition was not available.

-- TRACY R. INSELLA, 36, Brookfield, at 2:40 a.m. Sunday at Center and Kellogg, Janesville. Also cited for having passengers under 16 in her vehicle.
