Intoxicated driving arrests
JOSEPH V. CABINO, 60, of 121 N. Walworth St., Darien, at 1:05 a.m. on Aug. 9 in an alleyway behind 6 N. Wisconsin St., Darien. Listed as Cabino's fifth offense. He also was charged with operating a vehicle with prohibited alcohol content and operating a motor vehicle with a detectable amount of a restricted controlled substance.
ASHLEY S. SUTTON, 20, of 608 S. Franklin St., Lower B, Whitewater, charged with two counts of felony falsely present noncontrolled substance as a result of three controlled buys conducted by the Walworth County Sheriff's Office at her home in March 2012. A confidential informant bought a total of 2.2 grams of a substance the informant was told was heroin. After testing the substance at a state crime lab, it was identified as Acetaminophen and Diclofenac.
MATTHEW P. BRYLOW, 32, of 340 N. Newcomb St., Apt. B4, Whitewater, charged with felony possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia in a July 30 incident. Officers from the City of Whitewater Police Department responded to Brylow's home where they found a woman unconscious, as well as heroin, burned metal spoons and tinfoil shaped into pipes.
