Savory Sounds lineup announced

Some old favorites and new performers are in the mix for the Whitewater Arts Alliance's annual Savory Sounds Summer Concert series this summer. The lineup was announced by the WAA in a release. 

The concerts will be held at the Birge Fountain in front of the Cultural Arts Center, 402 Main St. Whitewater, on Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on the following dates, including these artists:  

June 15: Carl Cole & Co.
June 22: Jay Craggs and Friends
June 29:  Main Street Big Band
July 6: Bill Hill
July 13: A special children's event by Stuart Stotts

In a release, the WAA expressed gratitude to its partners in the 10-year celebration: Commercial Bank, First Citizens State Bank, Fort Community Credit Union, the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater College of Arts and Communication, Whitewater Community Foundation, Ginny and Jim Coburn, Dawn and Lyle Hunter, and Roni and Dick Telfer, along with concert co-sponsors, Olm and Associates and Fairhaven Senior Services, for helping make the concerts possible.
