Intoxicated driving arrests

— BRIANA KAYE MILLER, 29, of 2211 S. Pearl St., Janesville, at 1:54 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Beloit Avenue and Palmer Drive, Janesville. Police said Miller was driving a moped with no headlights and no registration while under the influence.

Charged

— KIM N. RHOADES, 45, of 222 N. Franklin St. No. 107, Janesville, charged with identity theft and bail jumping. She is accused of applying for a credit card in the name of a woman she knows and having someone use the card to withdraw $283 from an automatic teller machine at a Janesville bank on June 7.

— ANDRE R. KENERSON, 51, of 7 N. Academy St. No. 10, Janesville, charged with substantial battery as an act of domestic abuse. He is accused of striking a woman he knows several times in the face with his fist and slamming her body to the ground in the early morning hours of July 10 at her residence. She suffered a broken ankle, according to the complaint.

— KELLY OKEEFE HILL, 47, of 2135 S. Terrace St., Janesville, charged with physical abuse of a child and bail jumping. He is accused of striking a teenage girl he knows with his fist and open hand several times, causing the girl's eye to be swollen and red.

Walworth County

Charged

— WALTER S. GRAHAM, 37, 4205 Locust St., Delavan, with felonies second degree recklessly endangering safety, physical abuse of a child and strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanors battery and disorderly conduct. Town of Delavan police say on June 27, Graham was wrestling with a child and wouldn't let the child go. Police reported Graham hit the child in the child's private area with a golf club, and would squeeze the child's neck so the child couldn't breathe. Police also said Graham bit a female three times and threatened a neighbor with a gun when approached about the children.

— ERIC L. HESSE, 27, West Allis, with driving under the influence of controlled substances. Village of East Troy police say on July 21, 2013, police stopped Hesse at 2:09 a.m. at the intersection of Main and North Streets, village of East Troy. It was reportedly his fourth offense.

— SEAN J. MUELLER, 20, 602 Parkwood Lane, Jefferson, with three felony counts of delivery of heroin. Whitewater police said on January 14, 15, and 28, Mueller sold heroin to a confidential informant.

— TANYA M. O'NEIL, 38, 753 Walworth St., No. 207, Genoa City, with felony operating while intoxicated, causing injury; three counts of operating while intoxicated, causing injury with a minor child in the vehicle; and misdemeanor hit and run. Town of Bloomfield police said on June 28, O'Neil was driving and hit and injured a motorcyclist then left the scene.

— LUCAS D. SMILLIE, 22, 218 S. Wilson Ave., Jefferson, with felony party to burglary of dwelling. Whitewater police said on April 7, Smillie pawned items he knew were stolen from someone's home.

— RICHARD R. WILKE, 63, W2405 New Deal Ave., East Troy, with felony strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanors battery and disorderly conduct. Town of East Troy police said on June 19, Wilke threw two coffee cans of cigarette butts and ashes at a woman and spit at her. Police also said Wilke took a broom, hit the woman and held it to her throat, causing her to pass out.

Accidents

— HIGHWAY G, TOWN OF SPRING GROVE, at 8:41 a.m. Thursday. A motorcycle driven by Clarence E. Kaderly, 75, of Brodhead, was turning northbound and struck a northbound vehicle driven by Timothy G. Burel, 55, of Davis, Illinois. Kaderly was cited for failure to yield right of way while emerging from a driveway. Kaderly was transported to the Monroe Clinic emergency room by Brodhead EMS for injuries. A condition report was unavailable.
