BELOIT—Corporate Contractors Inc. purchased a sand and gravel supply operation at 2691 Wisconsin Highway 67 in Williams Bay, according to a CCI press release.

CCI said the pit will offer sand and gravel materials as well as operate as a dump site for clean earthen materials including asphalt, broken concrete and spoil. The pit will serve Walworth County municipalities, businesses, and residents, and contractors working on projects in the area.

The CCI Bay Pit's hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and evenings and Saturdays by request.

“This sand and gravel pit is ideally aligned with this goal as it offers quality service and materials while saving customers both time and money because of its central location and easy access from I-43 and Hwy 50,” said Brad Austin, president of CCI, in the release.

The CCI Bay Pit will offer a range of materials, including crushed and clean limestone, fractured clean aggregate, limestone rip rap, manufactured sand with chips, recycled concrete and asphalt.

The pit will also offer tipping services for clean asphalt, broken concrete and spoil.

With locations in Beloit, Milwaukee and Williams Bay, Corporate Contractors Inc. is a general contractor with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. CCI is a part of the Hendricks Holding Company Inc. portfolio of companies and is owned by Diane Hendricks.
