Arrests

--TERRANCE J. S. HALL, 25, of 328 Milton Ave., upper, Janesville, at 11:20 p.m. Monday at 238 Milton Ave. on charges of disorderly conduct, battery, strangulation and suffocation, as acts of domestic violence.

--AUSTIN A. W. DAVID, 18, of 553 N. Walnut St., Janesville, at 11:20 a.m. Monday at Rock River Charter School, 31 W. Milwaukee St., on a charge of possession of a dangerous weapon at school. He's accused of possessing a 34-inch folding knife.

--A 16-YEAR-OLD BOY at 3:35 p.m. Monday at Rock County Juvenile Detention, 210 E. Highway 14, was referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of battery. The inmate started a fight with another inmate. The 16-year-old inmate spit in a youth specialist's face while staff broke up the fight.

Intoxicated driving arrests

--MARIE-FRANCE J. LENGJAK, 39, of 3312 S. Academy St., Janesville, at 11:43 p.m. Sunday at 1915 Mount Zion Ave.

--CHESTER W. POTTER, 25, of 1806 Randolph Road, Janesville, at 12:22 a.m. Monday at 1622 Milton Ave.

Reported

--BURGLARY to a garage, reported at 3:08 p.m. Monday in the 900 block of West Happy Hollow Road in the town of Rock. Taken was a chainsaw valued at $400.

--COUNTERFEITING OR FORGERY reported at 10:06 p.m. at Motel 6, 3907 Milton Ave., Janesville. Someone used two counterfeit $20 bills.

--ROBBERY, reported at 10:19 p.m. on Monday at 199 S. Academy St. and West Van Buren Street. Taken from a wallet was $613.

Injury accidents

--COUNTY J JUST SOUTH OF SMITH ROAD, town of Turtle, at 2:55 p.m. Sunday. Richard B. Ruchti, 69, of Genoa, Ill., crashed his motorcycle after he lost control on a road curve to avoid oncoming traffic and a patch of gravel. Ruchti was listed Tuesday in stable condition at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville.

--COUNTY J JUST NORTH OF COUNTY O, town of La Prairie, at 3:58 p.m. Sunday. Rodrigo A. Ruiz, 26, of St. Charles, Ill., was driving his motorcycle westbound on County J when he braked, causing the rear wheel to slide. His motorcycle tipped over and slid down the hill. He was treated and released Sunday at St. Mary's Janesville Hospital, Janesville.

Charged

--ELYSE R. OPPENLANDER, 29, of Burlington, charged with possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. She is accused of possessing 0.9 grams of heroin and heroin-injecting equipment on Friday at 314 W. Court St., Janesville.
