FORT ATKINSON--Artists and the general public are invited to the second “Rose Lake Images - Gathering of Artists” on Sunday, June 29, from dawn to dusk, at Dorothy Carnes County Park – east and west units, on Radloff Road, just off of U.S. Highway 12 in Fort Atkinson.

This is a free, non-commercial event.

Public access areas of the park are suitable for artists to set up easels or small work areas. Artists may work in the medium of their choice with a focus on nature and the Rose Lake area. No commercial sales activity may be conducted during the event, and rules of the park must be observed. Participating artists must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult if under 18.

The general public is encouraged to visit the park on that day and interact in an observational way with the working artists. Picnic tables, water, restrooms, a shelter, hiking trails for all abilities, and grassy areas for spreading a blanket are all available at the park.

Artists may pre-register for the event and obtain more information by calling (920)563-2819 or emailing Tom Belzer at tcbelzer@charter.net.

There will be no rain date for the event.
