Intoxicated driving arrests

--FELICIANO B. BALBOA, 28, of 1411 Dakota St., Watertown, at 5 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of East Highway 59 and E. Berg Road, Milton.

--CHAD A. CARLSON, 35, of 1542 Gartland Ave., Janesville, at 1:02 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of West Highway 11 and N. Pahl Road, town of Janesville. It was listed as his third arrest for drunken driving.

--MICHAEL LINDSEY, 51, of 4013 Ingray Drive, Janesville, at 11:28 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Humes Road and Bell Street, Janesville. It was listed as his second arrest for drunken driving.

--ROBERT J. PERKINS, 22, of 831 Sutherland Ave., Janesville, at 5:15 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of South Highway 51 and West Terrington Drive, Janesville.

--JUSTIN M. PHILLIPS, 30, of 507 S. Washington St., Janesville, at 3:26 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of West Racine Street and South High Street, Janesville.

--JOYCE J. TERRELL, 52, of 1911 Overdrive Ave., Rockford, Illinois, at 1:20 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Humes Road and Pontiac Drive, Janesville.

Charged

-- LINDSAY LEE CHADWICK, 22, 1617 E. Road, No. 3, Edgerton with two felony counts of physical abuse of a child, intentionally causing bodily harm, four felony counts of child neglect and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Rock County deputies say Chadwick hit two children with a belt, spoon or hand and caused bruising before the children's mother picked up the children on June 12, 2014. Deputies also found drug paraphernalia when searching a family car.

-- CURTIS L. SEMRAD, 24, 1617 E. Road, No. 3, Edgerton, with two felony counts of failure to act to prevent bodily harm to a child, four misdemeanor counts of child neglect and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Rock County deputies say Semrad did not prevent his girlfriend from hitting his two children with a belt, spoon or hand that caused bruising before the children's mother picked up the children on June 12, 2014. Semrad is also suspected of doing heroin when the children are present. Deputies also found drug paraphernalia when searching a family car.

-- HEATH R. CATRON, 27, of Belvidere, Illinois, at 12:13 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Highway 11 and Short Lane, town of Sylvester.

-- SIERRA Q. SETTLER, 24, of Brodhead, at 3:26 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of County S and Highway 11/81, town of Jefferson.
