Whitewater Fourth of July parade registration open

WHITEWATER—Registration is open for Whitewater's Fourth of July parade.

The theme is "Flying high over the Fourth of July."

To register a float, bicycle, horse, pony, group and more, visit www.ww4th.com for the registration form. The form must be submitted by June 27.

The parade starts at 10 a.m. Friday, July 4, at Lincoln School, 242 S. Prince St. It ends on Fremont Street.

Bicycle judging begins at 9:30 a.m. the day of the parade.

Ribbons and prizes will be given out to parade winners and participants for various categories. First-place prize money ranges from $100-$200, second place ranges from $60-$125, and third ranges from $40-$75.
